Unifying RBS’s digital experience
RBS's product teams work in silo with no central governance over its designs. This way of working creates inconsistencies in user experience across different products. Our challenge was to develop a tool to help create a unified user experience and increase efficiency in the design process.
How we solved it
We kicked off by interviewing product teams and stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the problem. User testing was done early in the process, the feedback from the user testing guided our designs. This resulted in a centralised hub that consists of three main features - a set of guidelines to help create consistency, readily available assets to increase efficiency and a showcase section to exhibit great work from the teams.
