The problem

With the rapidly growing financial services industry, banks need to innovate to stay relevant, and those that don't will be left behind. ​NatWast has recognised the need for a more innovative and helpful user experience. ​Our challenge was to ​make meaningful improvements​ ​to the NatWest web experience.

How we solved it

​Working ​closely with the client, we reviewed the problems and gathered the evidence. Having a small, dedicated team was a key advantage to this project as it allowed us to move in an agile manner. The result is a website that not only puts the user's needs first, but provides them with a personalised experience with marketing only shown where relevant.
